May 29,2007-Final Exam
I belive that if the Music Industry tried to make people think about the technolgoy we have today and the othere ways of getting music off of computers, they might make a diffrence. I mean all they have to do is give examples of the other types of solutions to getting the music they like without Downloading it. Many people may not know its illegal (which im saying Might) so if we were to tell them and let them know the harm there causing, the person might understand and help. Im sure everyone has burnt a CD and they know its illegal but they still do it. So..... we confront them about it say " The law on copy right is very serious and you could suffer a concaqiunce like having to pay a fine." Which im not saying that will stop them because it might not, but i am saying it could warn them and let them know that they should think of other ways to get there music. We should start a program were everyone who agrees will come and make a CD there self, which would have a short coversation on Copy Right and on Downloading. If our community would stand by our side on this issue then we will be like a wall the wall that can let people know that when you download your stealing, which is a crime. It is putting the sells man out of buisness because they need to sell there CD's but if you download the music you not paying which puts stores out of buisness. So just go and pay 0.99 for the songs you like its a lot cheaper then having to pay a fine.

3. I would deffently pay the little amount of money for the songs than have to pay the big fine for Copy Right.

In ATA (Advanced Tech- Apps) we learned many new things and I am going to share them. One of the instresting projects were ZPD.
ZPD is The Zone Of Proxment Development. It's basically just talking about a lot of Technolgy that comes in handy. Another great thing we learned was Nates 5 rules of Powerpoint. Were it talks about things that are good to use for Powerpoints. Ands whats not good to use on Powerpoint "Its really simple to follow so don't disobay them.
We also learned about Asci Art. Which was so sweet because we got to make pictures out of anything on the Keyboard. You have to make sure you have a certain amount of space between the symbols. My favorite project is were we had to install Inkscape and design our own and class Logo. Yeah thats right our own made up designs.
I thought the article is good and I enjoyed reading it. If I can ever make to that school then I would love to go. My mom always said a good school shows a lot about the community and the city. I don’t think it will be named school of the future though. It might as well be named the best school since we have no schools that would even sound as cool as that school. But my theory is that I think in a couple more years. We will have even better schools then the one in this article. I see I future for the students who attends to this school it means they don’t want to rune there life. They want a good education. The teachers will be amazing and smart. Who will pay attention to the children (students) needs. If we did bring a doctor and a teacher from 1906, in today’s date
they would not have a clue what’s going on.
During the chat with Sir Nate I learned many new things that im about to tell you. The first thing I learned. Was that a rock can be technology even though we didn’t event it. I also learned that.There are more rules then the ones Sir Nate gave us, but the coolest thing I learned. Was that you can have your own website like Sir Nate does. Sir Nate is a smart guy and I think he knows everything. Well not everything, but im sure he knows a lot. I hope we get to talk to him again in ATA.
April 30,2007- I would have to disagree with the i-pod problem. Because kids are not going to stop cheating no matter what we do. Pops,Iss,Aep,and convuscation of i-pods. It's onething when you take an i-pod up but your not proving anything were still going to cheat. And when they do take them up they have no buisness going though the i-pod because that is invasion of someone elses property. Kids go and spend loads of money on these machines and the ones who aren't cheating don't diserve to get in trouble for nothing. A lot of teachers say you are all a team. Well were not a team in school maybe in athletics but not in school. Do you think people in school shared every thing as a team to grow up and be a Millinare? No they didn't they had to do stuff on there own. And when people cheat thats there own way of moving up so let them. You don't have to punish everyone for a stupid reason like cheating. So thats why i disagree with I-pod Problem.
May 24,2007- This year in Advanced tech Apps i've learned so many wonderful things that i feel like this program didn't just help me but it made it to were i can help other people. for example i've learned how to export and import files (my parents didn't know how to do that.) I've also learned how to create my own designs and how to share them with every one. Also i know what a powerpoint should and shouldn't look like. I know how to make a webpage (which is really complicated.) i've learned to gather up all my files and put them into one big folder so that there not hard to fined which will really help out a lot of teachers. And i have been practice typeing the whole time im doing these things. Like i said i know many things this year was a great experince for me and i hope that all i posses will be put into everthing i do with a computer. Not only do i want to thank this program for having me but i want to thank this program for letting me know all the little things about life on computers i didn't know. So thank you all and i really appeciate yall having me.
